The terms and conditions set out herein (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between VAROIN MARWAH FASHIONS PVT. LTD., having its registered address at Supreme Headquarters, F-443A/2, Village Bandra - F, 14th & 33rd Road, Bandra West, Mumbai - 400050 (“we”, “us”, or “our”), which operates the website www.varoinmarwah.com (“Varoin Marwah Platform”), and a natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the Varoin Marwah Platform in any manner (“you” or “your”) or avails any service, feature, or functionality made available on the Varoin Marwah Platform (“Services”).

By accessing or using the Varoin Marwah Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. For any queries relating to these Terms, please contact us at info@varoinmarwah.com

Your use of the Platform, purchase of products (“Products”), or access to Services may also be governed by additional terms, policies, or guidelines (“Additional Terms”). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall prevail for the applicable Service or Product.

For clarity:

“Varoin Marwah Platform” refers to www.varoinmarwah.com and related applications, desktop/mobile versions, or any other digital interface controlled by us.
“Products” refers to apparel, accessories, and any other items offered for sale under the “Varoin Marwah” brand.
Each of us may be referred to individually as a “Party” and together as “Parties.”

These Terms are divided into two parts:

Part A – Terms of Use (usage of the Platform)
Part B – Terms of Sale (purchases made on the Platform)

PART A – TERMS OF USE (Usage of Varoin Marwah Platform)

1. General

1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access and use of the Platform, including browsing, discovering, and purchasing Products.

1.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or suspend the Platform (in whole or part), including its content or format, at any time for maintenance, updates, or any other reason. Please review these Terms regularly, as the version in force at the time of your use shall apply.

1.3 By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies (collectively, the “Agreement”).

1.4 This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules. It does not require physical or digital signatures.

1.5 You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Platform solely for browsing and purchasing Products.

1.6 By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and competent to contract under Indian law. If under 18, you may use the Platform only under parental/guardian supervision, with the guardian assuming responsibility for compliance.

PART B – TERMS OF SALE (Purchases on Varoin Marwah Platform)

1. Contract of Sale

1.1 Listing of Products is an invitation to offer; placing an order constitutes your offer to buy.

1.2 Order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not signify acceptance. A separate confirmation upon dispatch concludes the contract.

1.4 Products may ship in multiple consignments, each with a separate contract of sale.

1.5 You must keep your registered email/mobile updated for order-related communication.

2. Product Availability

Availability is displayed on the Platform but is subject to change. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email/SMS.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

3.2 Prices may change between the time an item is added to your cart and the time of checkout. The price at checkout is final.

4. Licenses & Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining any licenses or permissions required under applicable law for use or possession of certain Products.

5. Taxes & Payments

You agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, and taxes related to your purchase.

6. Eligibility

Purchases may only be made by persons legally competent to contract under Indian law. Minors may purchase under parental/guardian supervision.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the Product purchased by you under the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Amendments

We may revise these Terms of Sale at any time. Orders already placed will be governed by the version in effect at that time.

9–12. (Force Majeure, Waiver, Governing Law & Jurisdiction, Miscellaneous)

Force majeure applies as per law.
Waivers must be expressly in writing.
These Terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
These Terms supersede all prior oral/written understandings relating to the purchase of Products.
